Instructions for donating HBC rewards points to Spaycentral

 

HBC rewards.Thank you for considering donating some of your HBC Rewards points to Spaycentral. Below are step-by-step instructions for donating points by telephone or online. Online users please note that these instructions were tested and worked perfectly as of November 2007. Since then, HBC may have made changes to its own Web site that may render our instructions inaccurate. If that has happened, please let us know and we'll make sure the instructions below are updated.

DONATE HBC REWARDS POINTS BY TELEPHONE:

  1. Call 1-800-844-8131
  2. When you speak to customer service, you'll need the following information:
    • Your HBC Rewards account number
    • Our charity's name: Spaycentral Toronto
    • Spaycentral's HBC Community Organization Public ID number: 5989957
    • As of November 2007, 80,000 rewards points are worth $10.

DONATE HBC REWARDS POINTS ONLINE:

  1. Got to http://www.hbc.com/HBCREWARDS
  2. Under "Sign In", enter your HBC Rewards card number
  3. Under "Your Account", select "Set Up A Donation To A Community".
  4. Under "Donate to community", select "Search for a community"
  5. Under "Find a community", in the field "Community Organization Public ID number", enter 5989957.
    • 5989957 is the rewards card number for Spaycentral Toronto.
    • If you don't have our number handy, just enter "Spaycentral Toronto" in the field "Community name".
  6. Then select "Continue"
  7. In the Search Results that appear, confirm that Spaycentral Toronto is the community you have chosen, then select "Donate Points".
  8. Under "New Donation Details", choose the percentage of your points that you wish to donate to Spaycentral. As of November 2007, 80,000 rewards points are worth $10.
  9. On the next page, enter you personal Authentication Details and choose "Submit".
  10. The "Community Donation Confirmation" page confirms your donation, for which we at Spaycentral sincerely thank you!
